We do not store credit or debit card details. All payments are processed by Stripe. We keep only the payment status and transaction reference for your booking.

Creating and managing reservations, sending confirmations and reminders, and contacting you if there is an issue.
Allowing you to view and manage your bookings online, and maintaining your contact preferences.

Processing necessary to fulfil your hall hire booking.

Your information is stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase (EU-based infrastructure). Access is restricted to authorised members of the Gartcosh Development Trust board and management team.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following third-party service providers, who are contractually bound to process your data securely and only for the specified purposes.

Our services are not directed at children under 16. If you are booking an event for children, we collect only the contact details of the responsible adult making the booking. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will notify you of significant changes by email where we have your contact details.
